I thought people were joking about how bad this hospital is. Unfortunately I got to see first hand . I went there for vomiting and migraine . I waited about 4 hrs and was never seen. I don't think they took one person back in the 4 hrs . I get that this is a very busy hospital but I would never go here if I was severely ill or injured ever again. To make matters worse the staff put the football game on in the er waiting room so loud you could not hear your name being called . I was there with a migraine and several others we... read more
I am sorry to hear about the other situations. But I just moved back here from Maine after moving away . Where the healthcare is horrible and at Einstein I was treated so wonderful and they took the time to care for me. My drs were outstanding sometimes you need to go back and give it another try. We all need second chances and things don’t always go correctly the first time around . I felt safe , cared for and was in tears because of the overwhelming support I received on my first visit here. Needed to go to the hospital for kidney issues and the staff was great the surgeries they did went well and they helped me a bunch the only complaint was unfortunately the hospital as a whole seemed to be understaffed which is a shame.
