If I could I would give a 0! My 22 months old niece died in the hands of their ER doctors on September 30, 2014 around 4:30 AM. There were no other patients seen - so they were not busy with anybody else. Yet, they neglected to care for their little patient - and let her died. She went in only with mild signs of dehydration.
