Had a colonoscopy. Didn’t get my results back for 1 1/2. After calling and leaving messages. Oh yeah you got crohns. Never again
*Lack of Communication* I had an outpatient procedure in late May. I thought since it was a simple imaging procedure, the results wouldn't take more than 1-week. I actually had a great experience! The receptionist was very kind and even made small talk with me. Dr. Ellman-Groves seems very knowledgeable and listened to me in a way that not many doctors do. I even had to message her in the patient portal a few days later and she responded to me almost right away. I’m not a fan of going to the doctor but I feel like I’m in good hands here 🙂.
I used the patient portal on May 23, 2024 to schedule an appointment with my provider, Emma Ellman-Groves. I have heard nothing from the practice. They can't be reached by phone, and it appears they are ignoring the patient portal as well. They appear to be disorganized.
EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT STAFF STAFF TOO BUSY TO INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION LUNCH ORDER WAS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR SENT IN MOTION MY ACCOUNT BEING SENT TO COLLECTIONS EVEN THOUGH PROOF WAS SENT 3 TIMES THAT PAYMENT WAS MADE!!!
