Drive thru option is great, but the service here is extremely slowwwwww
This place is amazing. I got tired of all fast food places. Tried this place, and not only does it taste and feel healthy, it also tastes amazing and for a very good price. Very helpful and good people work here. Especially Janet. Was a charm when I ordered the wrong thing and she helped me fix my order. 10000/10 new place to come eat at with my family.
It was my first time at this location and it was a really bad experience. Service was extremely slow and it did not look busy at all. My food was cold by the time they gave it to me & the iced coffee watered down I just threw it away. Didn’t have time to stick around and ask someone to fix it. Very disappointed.
Probably the worst service I’ve received at an Einstein. Had to repeat my order 3 times cause the lady taking my order kept yapping with her coworkers instead of paying attention to what I was saying.
