The food at Einstein is always amazing. I truly don’t care if the service is a little slow — this isn’t McDonald’s, and the quality is far better. I’m happy to wait for good food. The reason for my rating has nothing to do with the food. It’s about the management. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve seen who appears to be the manager speak very degradingly to the employees (many of whom are kids). Drive thru takes FOREVER - I mean wow, do they not have anything together? Do they have to make a fresh bagel for every order when they pull to the window? I didn’t expect a 30minutes drive thru experience for just 4 cars in front of me. It’s ridiculous, pull the car that’s holding everything up to the side like other drive thru’s do. Love the food but they owe me an hour of my life back… staff and management is super friendly and amazing though. I must say!
