I love this place the staff is great and they go above and beyond to make your day wonderful. They work efficiently and no matter how busy they get, they do their best to make sure all orders are correct and always with a smile on their face. Food is great!!! Service is great!!! The staff really makes a difference to always make the customer feel satisfied with their service. I highly recommend!!! Great service and staff!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE especially the entire crew are always so welcoming and kind even at 6AM. Michelle one of the managers always helps me and knows my order as I’m walking in!
Stopped at Einstein Bros. Bagels in downtown Chicago and had a great experience. The bagels were fresh, delicious, and made a perfect quick breakfast. The staff was friendly and the service was fast, which is exactly what you want when you're downtown. Great spot to grab a good bagel and coffee while you're on the go. I’ll definitely be back!
