💯 % Wonderful service! I work and they picked up my car and brought it back to me at my work. They only had my vehicle for a couple of hours. Texted me everything…when they were picking it up, done with it, and when they dropped it off. I knew where my car was at all times. I will continue using this service!!
I cannot say enough good things about their service departments, both Ford and Chrysler. I feel valued as a customer and respected every time ive been there. I consider Einspahr one if not the best dealership in the area. Their service teams are top notch and the service advisors are excellent at communication before, during, and after service. They are always willing to help a customer out with vehicle issues. Thanks so much.
Always friendly & thorough. Their follow up & follow through are exceptional.
Not a friendly place at all, no hello's, smiles. No discussion on what was done even after asking questions, just give us your money and get out, figure it out yourself. 3 visits for me samething everytime. I'm not going back I'll drive 100 mile round trip to Sioux Falls if i need anything from Ford. Not sure about the car sales team though, this was just the service team.
