Poor customer service!!! We had recall work done that was supposed to take 2 hours. It took 4 hours and 15 minutes. No update or apology from Kyle, the service manager. Do not go here. I will never go back for service work and would never buy a vehicle from them.
Ya know I just got an email to rate my experince in my recent vehicle purchase at Einspahr Ford in Brookings... I bought a brand new Mustang with the 5.0 V8 and I love it!! If you want to deal with a car dealership that is above and beyond check out Einspahr Auto Plaza in Brookings. They are 50ish miles north of Sioux Falls but for 50 years Ron, Jonnie, Clay and Matt have run one of the best dealerships ever! The ladies who work in the service department are RUDE !……… from drop off to when we picked up our car……RUDE !……… will not be back !
Former employee. - I didn't care for the environment that was created by the sales managers. They expect the salesman to watch 80 hours worth of videos within 2 weeks to learn the vehicles. They respond like you're a complete idiot if you don't know every detail/feature about every car you come across, which started within the first month. They don't teach the system(s) that are used to process deals but expect you to confidently sell a car to a customer.
