Einspahr is the best dealership in town with the best customer service and sales staff around. If you’re looking to buy a new or used vehicle go see Jake Satterly. I’ve only ever had a good experience with him. He has answered every question I’ve sent his way for the last few months while trying to find the best deal for me. I ended up leasing a 26 Ram 2500 from him last week after test driving multiple new and used vehicles. He was never pushy and was always willing to help. AMAZING customer service! Pat was very friendly and kept in touch, couldn't recommend Einspahr more
Poor customer service!!! We had recall work done that was supposed to take 2 hours. It took 4 hours and 15 minutes. No update or apology from Kyle, the service manager. Do not go here. I will never go back for service work and would never buy a vehicle from them.
