This is for Dr Patel's office, Anna her receptionist medical assistant is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I had been out of medication for 2 weeks. She insisted to go through the pharmacy to request a refill. When I told her that was not working. She proceeded to argue with me on the phone for over 17 minutes before finally issuing the refill request. Extremely rude and when I told her I would report her she said that she did not care. The doctor is okay her staff sucks though.
