We didn't have an issue with this practice until they started to bill us for various health assessments that we thought were routine questions for our daughters checkup, if they had mentioned these would be add-on charges we would have asked how much and then decided if we wanted to pay for them or not, but as it was they did them without asking and we ended up paying for them as they weren't covered by insurance. Seems like a shady thing to do.
I am very upset about the treatment of my 4-year-old daughter with autism they treated her like a thief for accidentally taking an umbrella, in which she possibly dropped her in the run to get to the car because of the rain, I do not return I changed pediatrician and my daughter had been there since she was born I thought she was a good pediatrician until today. If it were something of a money wallet or something for an umbrella to the treatment of a girl with autism, she was treated with a thief!
My little Storie has been coming here since she was born (almost 5 years) and she loves her doctors! They do their best to get appointments quickly when an emergency pops up. The staff is always courteous and understanding.
Dr Elsayed is patient and professional. She and Dana solved a lot of problems for us. Thanks a lot.
