Absolutely horrible!!!!! We have used them before and now in the middle of a heatwave with four children in my home they refused to come service our air conditioner because we didn't "buy it" from them!!! Absolutely horrible customer service!! Just rude and unreliable!!
Don’t trust this company around your family, or allow them onto your properties. I would give them “0” stars if I could, and share more in greater detail to raise the necessary truth and transparency with the general public about why I am leaving this review, but law enforcement is already aware of the situation. So far this company has failed to accept any accountability.
