Brought my fur coat in to be cleaned and have a cinch put in on 1/21/25. I paid up front, and was told in would be up to 8 weeks. It was then sent off to another place without my consent or knowledge, and not ready until October of 2025. There wasn't any apology or communication regarding how long everything took. Very unprofessional.

Amazing and elegant store! I have purchased a black cross hair vintage mink and leather vest with golden Finland fox and I could not be more pleased with the quality and the top notch white glove service brandy gives every time I visit her ! I will be shopping again !

Very disappointed with Brandy with her pick up and storage of furs. She cleaned and stored our furs and upon return she did not have have our alterations done after having the furs for months. She than a month later, drove them back and at the designated time that we had cofirmed earlier and was not there. She left early with our furs not delivered. Brandy (owner) was amazing and personable, helping me to find just the right coat - these lovely coats are so personal… and Brandy took the time and patience to show me all the ones that met my requests and find the one that was best for me. She was kind and sincerely caring. I will definitely be back to buy again!!
