Hans was a big disappointment to myself and my husband. We interviewed 4 other contractors for our very customized and difficult remodel. Hans talked a good game, he is European trained which in my previous experience is preferred. I expected to pay for excellence but, my husband and I became the general contractors, Hans did very little but ask for money in " stage payments" which totalled $28,000, and Hans has cashed those checks.
