I have always loved this location until my most recent visit! I ordered 4 dozen cookies for a party. When we picked them up each dozen was smashed onto a very small tray. The cookies were all broken & smashed! My son picked them up for me, otherwise I would not have paid for them! So disappointed! After the party all of the leftovers went into the garbage b/c they just fell apart, we couldn’t even pick them up! I will be using other Eileens locations from now on! 🙁

I will never recommend this company to anyone! They apologized for having the beliefs they had and cowtowed to the liberal crowd. shame on you? Myself and my friends and family will never ever buy another cookie from this location or any other location.EVER!

I absolutely LOVE this place! I am in Texas, but needed to get cookies delivered to a friend in Omaha, Nebraska after she experienced a loss in her family. I called and they walked me through everything over the phone and they were SO KIND. Given the state of the world today, kindness goes a long way in my book. They delivered so quickly too! Super easy with a great product! Bonus: My friend LOVED the cookies, as did her family and they are so reasonably priced! Apparently my friends family gets cookies from here all of time... read more
