I have never had as bad an experience as I have had here. Doctor Eileen Watrous is a poison to society, and absolute curmudgeon. Not only did she make it almost impossible to get my albuterol inhalers that I've had for the last 20 years, making me pay for many extra tests and go through many extra hoops, but eventually when I couldn't take her anymore and requested to change doctors to another in the same medical group she went out of her way to write a note about me to the other doctor about me to recommend to refuse me my ... read more

Everyone in the office is very friendly and polite, and the first time I came here I had no wait. Dr. Watrous was courteous and she addressed my concerns. (Some issues were resolved, some weren't). Later I scheduled a phone visit in order to get a referral to a chiropractor. After our phone call, she said I would need to come in in order for her to give me a referral. So I did. I've been going to Dr. Watrous and Lakeside for years. She has always been kind, attentive, and detail oriented. Anything I needed, she addressed, or made a referral. I highly recommend Dr. Watrous and Lakeside. Their staff are always professional, cheerful, and helpful. Thank you.

All I needed was a prescription refill that did not require an office visit. Dr Waltrous was my PCP. She flatly refused to accommodate me. I spoke with her over the phone twice, she insisted that I come in to the office. She is beyond common sense. I dropped her like a hot potato. Waste of time. I do not recommend her to anyone.

She is one of the worst primary care doctors I’ve ever been to. Refused to give me a referral that even the insurance company agreed I needed, she wrote up a different authorization request so poorly that it got denied (didn’t listen to what I said), and my Pap smear was inconclusive because she didn’t get enough specimens! She made my blood pressure go way up too. Just awful.
