All the testers were highly professional. However, I found the whole process extremely anxiety provoking and came out of the first session feeling somewhat despondent about my performance on the tests. Though I may well not have performed any better in the second session, Nicole was particularly adept at making me feel better about testing and I did not come out of that session with the same negative feelings I had after the first session. I am very grateful for the manner in which she conducted the tests.
