She provided excellent care with the delivery of my baby. She was not my provider but went out of her way during my pregnancy to check in on me and baby to ensure all was going well. When things got scary after the delivery of the baby, she was there helping the baby and reassuring and caring for my husband and I. She was an advocate for me throughout pregnancy, delivery, and being separated from my baby due to a NICU stay.
My experience with Dr. Joyce was very disappointing. She was unprofessional and dismissive throughout my care. Prior to my surgery, she provided minimal information, and the procedure itself felt rushed. After waking up, I was discharged quickly without being properly evaluated to ensure I was ready to go home. Within a week, I returned with severe pain and a hematoma that required another operation.
