We loved working with Eileen! She is very knowledgeable about the area where our property was being sold. She was prompt in promoting the property with flyers and open houses. She arranged for 'fix up' work with her colleague Melissa- which was very helpful for us as we had already moved from the area. She got our house sold in 10 days! Excellent service!
We knew we wanted to use Eileen even before we were ready to sell our house, when she left a loaf of Banana Nut Bread and an apology note because of all the traffic at a neighbors house she was selling. That caring along with her professionalism showed through our whole sale process. She also does not do it alone, as she has a great team working with her. We were under contact in 4 days and closed shortly after that with a great price. Highly recommend her services.
