We came here to try on shoes for my girlfriend. The staff was super friendly & even brought out a dog bowl with water for our dog. By far the cleanest store in the mall.

Absolutely horrible customer service. 4 employees focused on one customer - while the rest of us struggle. called over one employee to help with item ... told by the cross-eyed lady ... that they were currently busy with a valued customer. the innuendo being I was not a valued customer. you lost out on $1,258.10 worth sale today. But I am sure you (4) all needed to help the one lady who wasn't buying anything. Bye bye.

The manager, Ryan, at this store is rude and completely unprofessional. He is more interested in spewing company policy than actually helping customers. He did this to my mother in person and to me over the phone.
