We came here to try on shoes for my girlfriend. The staff was super friendly & even brought out a dog bowl with water for our dog. By far the cleanest store in the mall.

Absolutely horrible customer service. 4 employees focused on one customer - while the rest of us struggle. called over one employee to help with item ... told by the cross-eyed lady ... that they were currently busy with a valued customer. the innuendo being I was not a valued customer. you lost out on $1,258.10 worth sale today. But I am sure you (4) all needed to help the one lady who wasn't buying anything. Bye bye.
