I was so pleased with my visit today. Staff was friendly and I was seen on time for my appointment. Dr. Sales was really nice and I am so glad that I found her.
Worst doctor EVER. She needs to work on her bedside manner. She is rude, inconsiderate, pushy, doesn't listen to what you're saying then acts like you're wasting her time. She doesn't care about helping you. SO RUDE!
Not a fan. Went in last summer for some testing for my husband and I since we had been trying to get pregnant for several months. My husbands initial lab work came back as abnormal, and at my follow up with her she matter of factly told me we would probably need IVF and referred me to REACH. I tried to ask questions and she was very rude and patronizing, and told me again to save my questions for REACH. I'm now 14 weeks along with no articial assistance, and much happier with CMC Charlotte.
I was looking for a gyn who was both professional and personable, and Dr. Sales did not disappoint in either category. She is honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, understanding (but not overly " warm and fuzzy", which I personally prefer), and dedicated to properly explaining procedures/diagnoses and finding long-term resolutions for any issues. She also displayed patience with regard to addressing my (many) questions, concerns, and preferences. I could not recommend her highly enough!
