Absolutely terrible provider. She didn't listen, didn't read the patient chart, and didn't provide the service that a literal neurologist suggested. In the patient report she reduced the symptoms to a "headache" despite it clearly being a post-surgery reaction. The solution was clear and yet she did nothing. We are so lucky that the patient ended up being okay despite being denied care and rushed out of the ER. Dr. Couture clearly did not care about the patient's well-being and only wanted to rush us out of the hospital.
