Old lady at front desk in the morning has some attitude problem. She's very rude. Avoid dealing with her unless you want to ruin your day.
Daughter loves this pool, always clean and usually not too busy. She is however disappointed that the slide as been closed for maintenance since summer 2025.
Many staff, including fitness instructors, are non-university educated so lack class and the proper demeanour to be teaching the public. Comments made in some classes are unprofessional and personal regarding their own likes, dislikes and insecurities.
Decent pool, the lanes were crowded but the people were very friendly
The front desk was rude and unprofessional. I’m glad I’m not planning to return.
