I have had Dr. Klein as my primary care physician for 11 years. For that time, I haven't had any problems with her, but neither have I had any significant medical issues. You really don't know how good your doctor is until you really need her. Recently, I found Dr. Klein to be unsupportive and unhelpful at the time when I needed her the most.
