Incompetent and indifferent property managers. I had a rental property managed by Eildon real estate for a year and half in Eildon. In late July I received a phone call from Darryl and he told me that the bathroom ceiling in my rental property was collapsing. I was obviously surprised to hear this and went around to inspect the bathroom later that day.
