Incompetent and indifferent property managers. I had a rental property managed by Eildon real estate for a year and half in Eildon. In late July I received a phone call from Darryl and he told me that the bathroom ceiling in my rental property was collapsing. I was obviously surprised to hear this and went around to inspect the bathroom later that day. Mark and Darryl - what a team. Darryl managed our rental property for 3 years, nothing was every a problem, would pop around and check the property if I needed anything. What can I say, there aren't many words I can use to describe mark and his business. The experience and service was exceptional. Having spoken to numerous agents and feeling pressured and unsecure I knew I'd hit the jackpot when mark first picked up my call. He was easy going, down to earth, honest and upfront.
