Gotten my Xbox Series X fixed from this specific person. It was running good for a couple months but end up not working at all. Went to a different IT store where they informed that not only has the port has 8 ripped pads on the connector but that the screw of the fan supposed to be inside and not on the outside of the console should’ve been red flag. 1-Star Review Absolutely terrible experience. I was told my iPad would be ready at a certain time, but right before pickup, I got a text saying they didn’t even have the right color screen. I agreed to just go with whatever they had, even though that meant waiting longer. When I told them I was on my way, they still hadn’t started the repair.
