Chris manages the building we have space in. All maintenance requests are immediately followed up with, while communicated fast and accurately. I recommend Chris and the 86 West team for your building management.
We use 86 West to manage a large industrial building 600k square foot plus and two large multi-tenant commercial buildings. They are extremely professional and responsive. that along with their attention to detail has been appreciated by me and all of our tenants.
