I lived in this condo for two years, and while the location was convenient, my experience with the owner of my specific condo and the overall maintenance of the unit was very disappointing. I absolutely loved the location but be careful of your homeowners if you are renting especially an unremodeled unit. When I moved in, the downstairs shower ceiling was leaking. NEW update 9/8/24. Two sprinkler heads have been leaking profusely outside my unit for 3 months! I've tried multiple to get them to fix it. Their "maintenance man" comes and stares at them and nothing is ever done. This is a ghetto. NEW update as of 7/10/23. I had not seen them spray Round Up in almost a year, but the guy just came by my patio and DOUSED it HEAVILY! Right where my cat lays! I won’t let her out anymore.
