It's very rare that we find a local restaurant that can love up to all the hype, but 1891 exceeded our expectations, my wife had the Ruben which is by FAR the best we've had in central alberta and I had the cubano sandwich, I havnt had a Cubano that good since being in Miami, both were well above our expectations.
