Colin Riesman purchased products from our business then filed a chargeback because he lacked the follow through of sitting home and having UPS bring him a package. I can't speak on 18 Capital, but if they employee people like this it is probably not a good thing!

They are what you think of when you think of a greedy landlord. They will squeeze every penny they can out of you.
Horrible managers. Though I proved I sent an email regarding difficulty with my rent payment, the manager said she didn’t get the email and her attitude was ‘oh well’ and that I still owed the $125 late fee. Extremely poor customer service. I paid my rent in advance and tried to make sure it was ok and I was treated as though I had done something wrong. I’m moving out once my lease is up if not sooner.
I live in a property managed by EIGHTEEN CAPITAL GROUP in NC. Horrible customer service. I also tried to call da 800# to voice my concerns and they use a subcontractor company to answer fone calls. Then the regional VP ERIN WATERS called me. They told me they can enter my apartment at any time. I said no u have to give me notice. In da lease it says 24 hrs notice ! You people need to improve customer service. I pay $1200 for an apartment in da hood and the management is also lacking in respect and are so condescending. Who d... read more
