Does not answer phone and the phone tree is literally designed to not connect to anyone or anything. Additionally, the site lists several addresses, all different than what is shown at checkout; there is no way to verify which, if any, are accurate, as they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I recommend avoiding this business, as none of this seems legitimate. Go to PinkSpot or Cloud9...At least you can be reasonably sure they aren't running some sort of criminal enterprise , instead of s providing basic customer service.
I’m very disappointed with this warehouse’s business practices. They advertise wholesale pricing, yet they sell the same products directly on their website at extremely low prices ,sometimes at or near cost. This undercuts the smoke shops they claim to support and seriously harms small businesses. Running a wholesale operation while competing against your own customers online at prices retailers cannot match is not honest or ethical behavior. Recently, we bought vapes from them, and later we discovered that they are selling the exact same products and brands on their website for extremely cheap — almost at cost price. This is hurting our business and taking our customers. I do not recommend any smoke shop in Las Vegas to buy from them or carry any of their brands anymore. They are taking business away from the very shops that purchase from them. They are not honest at all. Do not buy anything from them.
This is not a complaint about any particular order. I just want to know why I can't pick up my monthly orders anymore? I refuse to pay for shipping when I live just a couple miles from the warehouse. It used to be so easy to come in pick up and get back on the road. Now there's state tax, signature tax and shipping! Your products instantly became the most expensive in the area and that's with military discounts. I can't possibly get myself to push anymore orders while your walk in service is closed.
