I've been unable to get in touch with anyone from the company—no response from sales reps or customer service. Emails go unanswered, and communication is completely lacking. This is not the same business it used to be. I will say i did receive my order.
recently we bought from them vapes then we found later that they are selling the same product and brands we bought from them very cheap on their website almost cost price which destroying our business and take our customers I don't advise any smoke shop in las Vegas buy from them anymore or any brand they are taking our customers guys They are not honest at all do not buy from them anything
They don't answer their phone; they don't answer their emails. First impressions matter, and if a business doesn't care about that then the rest is bound to follow that example.
