Had an awesome experience at Eight60 yesterday for late a lunch with Wifey. We tried the nachos, pulled pork mac & cheese, and a house salad, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were on point, portions were great, and every dish came out perfectly. . The service really stood out too. I’m giving this place a 2 only because the staff is friendly and the cocktails were good. As far as the food, it was one of the worst meals we have had in a long time. My husband and I started with the crab and artichoke dip. The crab was strong. We maybe took 2 bites each. We then moved on to the steak bites and they were EXTREMELY salty. I could not eat them at all. My husband picked around on them a little. Next was the tuna tartare, a dish that’s pretty good anywhere you go, but not here. Weird sauce.
