We tried Eight60 for the first time and our experience was everything we expected! The food was delicious the drinks were really good. The service was excellent! Our server took care of us and many others and we all enjoyed ourselves. The ambiance and atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxing. We will definitely be back soon. If you’re looking for a nice brunch spot in Slidell, look no more. Thank me later.
Good stuff first...the food is wonderful. Dem folks in the kitchen, yall do yall thang. The service is trash here yall. Didn't get silverware/napkins until we asked (after the apps came out), didnt get plates for the apps (not even after asking...all family we just shared the plate in the middle), had to ask for EVERY refill. I know this all seems small, but when you factor in that it took a good 10 mins to get a server to say hello I can only conclude that they just ignored us. Had an awesome experience at Eight60 yesterday for late a lunch with Wifey. We tried the nachos, pulled pork mac & cheese, and a house salad, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were on point, portions were great, and every dish came out perfectly. . The service really stood out too.
