The reason for my negative review for this place is because I was over-charged for each item I ordered on the itemized receipt in comparison to their prices on the printed menu. And I didn’t misread the receipt since the tax was then compounded after the overcharges.
Service was awesome and good taste delicious
I was very tired and needed some pho to regain my strength so i drove 10 minutes and arrived at 8:53. They close at 9. I figured it would be ok since the pho is always already cooked and all they have to do is plate it. They didnt even offered me to get it to go. Really bad service. Every restaurant that I've ever been to will honor their hours, even if the customer walks in a minute before they close. Not them. They're lazy and it seems like they don't want to be there. The best pho in the area
This was my second time coming back, and unfortunately, I was disappointed. I actually drove 30 minutes to get here. I wanted to order an extra portion of noodles as indicated on the menu (see attached), but it seemed like one of the servers didn’t understand what I was asking for.
