Great location, peaceful and the staff are amazing!
AMAZING staff. Friendly, helpful, and productive. Apartment I got was also in really good condition! Getting any help is super easy and fast with them. EDIT 4 YEARS LATER: that review was back when James still worked in the office. The rest of the staff and corporate and rental agreement stuff is very very average. We had a few negative encounters with the ladies in the office, but also had a few good ones so I think it sort of balances out lol. Like many other former tenants have shared this place is full of mold, outdated and is generally just not clean. I regret not inspecting the unit closer prior to moving in but had limited time to find better housing. Please be aware this place offers discounts on rent in exchange for reviews. I frequently had issues with my neighbors below and next door with excessive noise late in the night, hearing them fighting, and them smoking cigarettes on their deck for hours at a time. After living here for well over a year and a half I can say it’s been a great experience. I’ve had no issues with my appliances or cleanliness. My neighbors are all quiet, and the property is always kept clean. The maintenance staff as well as the office staff are always super helpful. The area is beautiful and even though you are next to a lot of businesses and main roads, because of the trees you feel like you are in your own secluded area. I can highly recommend moving here if you are looking!
We lived here for a year - 2 adults 1 pet - in a 2 bedroom on the top floor by 26th drive. The space is a lot for two people, used second bedroom for office, fitness, and storage. The layout has the bedrooms all near each other - walls and floors are thin enough to hear screaming kids, loud talkers, and more. Balcony space is nice, being by the road is not.
