This product is pretty cool when it works. Unfortunately, setup was somewhat difficult, it took 4 attempts for the pod to connect to my app. My main issue is with reliability. It stopped working twice within a couple of years, and took multiple attempts on the phone with customer service to get it working again. The last time it stopped working (autopilot feature, specifically), customer service decided sensors were broken and couldn’t be replaced. Out of the 2 year warranty, nothing they could do. EightSleep cost me over $2200, and they want me to keep paying them about $100/year to be able to use all the features. Whata a racket. It is absurd to have to continue to pay for something I've already spent a lot of money on. DO NOT BUY!
Stay away from this company. I returned my device and after a month, I'm still waiting for the refund. This tells you how much they stick to their promises. KBDNZAZI-0001

I ordered my pad 2 1/2 months ago. Finally received it although they had my money this entire time. Terrible customer service who won’t call me to discuss the issues. I get incomplete response to emails. Shameful management.
