I visited the retail side of the shop a month or so ago, looking for a way to make a latte on a stove top. I was fortunate enough to interact with Jesse. The guy knew his stuff and helped me with selecting a grinder and stove top steamer. Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Thanks for the help Jesse, the latte turned out perfect!
The business did not show up for my appointment on [June 25, 2026] and provided no explanation.
Great selection of coffee, usually service is excellent but today it was a little off. Think there was confusion at the counter when I was trying to checkout. I believe the person thought I was waiting for an order when I was actually waiting to pay. It worked out in the end but I was getting frustrated by the wait time as I thought I was being ignored and was getting ready to walk out.
