They always got the best beans and they have an excellent loyalty/rewards program. Excellent staff, friendly and very helpful. The cafe inside is also excellent. Highly recommend to any coffee nerds in town.
Not only do they sell great coffee gear at competitive prices but the staff at Eight Ounce are really knowledgeable about what they sell and provide superb support if you happen to run into any issues. When my grinder developed alignment issues, they were super responsive in helping me to diagnose the problem, have the unit replaced under warranty, and get back to brewing delicious coffee again in a jiffy.
