My go to for 95% of my coffee machine purchases (if I don't buy local). Wonderful selection and incredible customer service. Shout out to Bailey on the CS team for her patience and support! Would highly recommend shopping here in store or online!
I have never been to the actual store but Eight Ounce is my preferred coffee retailer in all of Canada for both fresh beans and new equipment. They stock a wide range of coffee from top roasters in Canada and Internationally, without them I'd never have a chance to try Square Mile, Dak, Manhattan or Sey. I had a very great warranty experience with Eight Ounce. I had to send back a grinder that was making noise and they were amazing from start to finish. Even sent me back the blanket I used to wrap the return, which I wasn't expecting but was a pleasant surprise. Won't hesitate to shop here again!
