A quality of service which has the customer at forefront of mind, putting customer needs and wants first. Great to work with a builder that makes suggestions based on functionality and customer use and not what is going to be more cost of the customer and therefore more profit for the business. I would recommend eight homes to anyone, thankyou!
I am extremely disappointed with this builder. My house was meant to be handed over more than a year ago, yet even after passing the settlement date by over 12 months, there are still no signs of completion or handover. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable. Throughout this time, the lack of communication, accountability, and progress has shown how irresponsible and unprofessional this company is. My first home build and it was and still is a horrible experience. I’ve had no support since handover. The team I was in contact with don’t respond. Of course after receiving final payment why would they. They left me with scratched windows, damaged concrete driveway, faulty pitted bench top and closed windows with wind blowing inside. Pre-site Stage: It’s been amazing working with 8 homes so far, our pre-site manager has been responsive and patient with our requests and has also taken the time to explain anything that we needed clarification on. Our electrical appointment was also smooth sailing, we arrived and they had everything prepared with suggestions on where our lights/sockets/switches should be.
