Getting on board to build with them was easy but after that it was delay after delay. Now I’ve finally received the house and they’ve left a tip in my backyard after saying it will be taken care of before handover!!! They said it wasn’t their problem but it isn’t mine either!! Cannot believe it. I recommend going with another builder to save the hassle and headaches
This is our second time building with 8 Homes, and once again, the experience has been nothing short of amazing! The team is so friendly and easy to deal with, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Their communication has been excellent throughout and always keeping us updated and making sure we understood each step. They really go above and beyond to make everything easy and enjoyable. We’re so glad we chose to build with them again and would happily recommend 8 Homes.
Disappointing Experience – Constant Delays, But Bills Always On Time If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this builder has been nothing short of frustrating. The build has been extremely delayed, with little to no visible progress's( started to build Jan 2024). Communication is vague and repetitive, with no real answers or solutions ever offered.
