Terrible, no good, awful management. Willow Bridge took over from Bozzuto when I lived there (3.5 years) and absolutely ruined it. They ONLY care about profit. I have no more energy for this place that literally drained me of all good feelings about the living experience there. They took away amenities, ballooned prices, never answered resident concerns, and the company is involved in a DOJ lawsuit for price fixing with other companies. Just avoid.
Spacious apartments, a whole floor with a huge pool just for amenities, in unit washer and dryer, 24/7 front desk. On top of that Trader Joes is opening up in the building. The convenience and luxury is really unbeatable.
Been a resident for a bit over 2 years now and highly recommend! Specifically big thank you to Adam McClure the leasing manager there who was incredibly helpful throughout my tenancy. Recommend reaching out to him if ever decide to be a resident. He was super helpful with my move in and now move out because of my relocation for work. Avoid this place. I lived here for three years. I was honestly blown away at first by how well-managed it was. There were regular investments in building improvements, prompt responses from management, and maintenance staff knocking on my door 30 minutes after I submitted a ticket. Their Google reviews page had an almost perfect 5-star rating. All of that went downhill in the second half of my stay, after the original management company sold to the current management.
