Update Oct 28, 2009: I got a call back from the owner this afternoon. He assures me that the headstone was completed and installed a couple of weeks after I had spoken to him in July. He apologized for not sending me a photo, and that he had everything for this put away as completed, so he had not thought any more about it, unfortunately. He also promised to take a new picture of the headstone at the gravesite when he goes out there next in a couple of weeks. So all seems to be OK, except for his oversight. Ordered my mother's memorial headstone on March 18, 2009, the day before her funeral service. Today is Oct. 28, 2009 and I 'm still waiting. When I ordered it I was told it wouldn't be ready until after Memorial Day (end of May) because they had a lot of orders. That was acceptable, because their quality was recommended to me by a family who has used their services.
