The smoothest of smooth brains.
EFK rep Jennifer Mulgrew was able to get me paid on a claim against Geico. EFK insures my home, but a car caught fire in front and damaged my property. No insurance card was available, and the Spanish owner left the car. Crazy. Geico would not accept my claim due to the limited information in the police report. After days of wasted time, I called EFK, and Jennifer was able to begin a claim with Geico for me. I was paid within the week. I was willing to let it go if she couldn't help.
