The single star is for the smooth appointment process and waiting time prior to seeing Dr. Eidelman. *Sorry this is a bit long to explain* ZERO stars for Dr. Eidelman and his Nursing staff, including the manager Christine who is the 'gate keeper' for ALL questions or concerns. Met with the Dr on Jan 26, 2024 after a severe allergic reaction to dental work just before Christmas. Lesions in my mouth, ulcers down my throat. Extremely disappointed with the experience I have had with my allergy treatment. I was told when I began this process that early appointments would not be an issue and moved forward with the process because it wouldn't hinder my daily schedule. Unfortunately it took 3-6 months to even begin receiving my allergy shots and worse early appointments are difficult to schedule due to availability.
