The worst service I’ve ever had with a car brand. From buying to the oil changes. Terrible. I’ll buy a Chevy next time. Last Friday, I call up there at 730am to get an oil change done, they say they’re full for the whole day. I drive up there asap to see, there’s 3 technicians sitting in the service area, I ask “who wants to do an oil change?” All 3 said no. Way overpriced! They wanted over $1200 just to change a power steering hose on a ford f150 Not the pump just the hose.
Love our car. Loved our salesmen. But the service department has been nothing but a hassle. Having regrets.
