Update — The Ops Director called that evening and refunded the oil change. I appreciate his customer service and reputation/brand management control, and updated the review as a result. Scheduled an oil change days in advance. Had to wait 30-40 minutes past the appointment time to get my vehicle in, and waited an additional hour until it was done. Scheduled an oil change days in advance. Had to wait 30-40 minutes past the appointment time to get my vehicle in, and waited an additional hour until it was done. Then the cashier charged my credit card over $1,600 when my oil change was $124.75. There’s nothing they could do besides a refund which takes 7-10 business days. No discount, no future discount, nothing. Highly unimpressed with the customer service and lack of professionalism.
