I can say without reservation that Eide Ford is the best dealership I have ever done business with. Their service goes beyond what can be reasonably expected and every time I think that they could not get any better, they manage to raise the bar again. My sales person, Dana Schmoker, was exceptional, as were Casey Neuman (GSM) and the rest of the sales team. Absolute worst car buying experience I've ever had. The salesman, Lucas, was very pleasant to deal with but everything from the trade in to hidden financing requirements to poor follow through on the paperwork end of things made the experience miserable. I traveled three hours to have them try to undercut every aspect of my trade and find phantom issues and then when it came time to actually work on the finance paperwork they attempt to roll tax, title and licensing into the loan instead of me paying it or letting me handle ... read more

Never get ahold of anyone
Avoid this place if you value transparency. They use high-pressure tactics and refuse to provide a formal OTD price breakdown unless you get on the phone. Trey was unhelpful and insisted on a call just to see basic numbers. Plenty of other dealers are happy to be upfront with their pricing…this isn't one of them.
