When my daughter arrived on Saturday for her 2 PM appointment which was verified via multiple emails from Eide Ford she was told that she had no appointment. She then showed them the confirmation email at the service counter and they knew she was right. Thankfully, they were still able to get the two recall issues taken care of with her 2013 Lincoln MKZ. I called Eide Ford and told them what I was interested in and they made it happen! They had all the paperwork ready to go. All i had to do was show up and sign. It was great. I worked with Matt and his team. Quickest and easiest buying experience ever. Highly recommend.
