Avoid this place if you value transparency. They use high-pressure tactics and refuse to provide a formal OTD price breakdown unless you get on the phone. Trey was unhelpful and insisted on a call just to see basic numbers. Plenty of other dealers are happy to be upfront with their pricing…this isn't one of them.

I wired $44,000 cash to complete the purchase. My problem with Eide is the business office. Instead of sending the tittle and important papers Certified Mail (USPS) or Fed Ex, they were sent by regular mail and lost. You wanna talk about 5 star hands on service? This is your first stop shop. I called yesterday 3-2-2026 and my pickup had a rear pinion seal failure. Within minutes of my call, they squeezed me, no complaints, no excuses, just results and honesty. By the end of today (3-3-2026) the job was done. I’d recommend Jon Hausauer at Eide for any of your service needs. Best dealership I've had to interact with.
I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously when I raised them, and resolving the issues required more of my personal time and effort than it should have. Transparency, follow-through, and customer service are all very important when making a large purchase, and in my case, those expectations were not met.
