I wanted to make sure a service writer got some well deserved recognition for his excellent approach to customer service and making sure customers want to come back to Eide Ford in Bismarck ND. The service writers name is Lito and on the morning of May 20th I came to his service door with no appointment and a vehicle that was missing clips on the drivers side of the splash guard and I asked Lito if he could have someone look at the issue and if it was clips that I could fix myself in the hotel parking lot. I wouldnt buy anything these guys sell or have them work on anything I own. Ask before you buy and youll know why everyone avoids them.
Robert was so helpful, taking time to let us drive four different vehicles so we could make the right choice. This is my sons first vehicle purchase, and I am thankful it was a great experience for him. He and Peter worked together to make it happen. Thank you so much!
Robert helped us veiw a few vehicles we had selected and one or two we didnt and was always patient with us. The 3 hour appointment ended in a heart pounding success with Peters, and am now the proud owner of a Ford XLT Ranger. He was amazing till the end and I'd recommend him to anyone searching for vehicles within a budget.
