Had appointments for when I bought my pickup in Mandan. All they care about is the sale. Took my pickup in and they over booked my truck. So I had enough and I’ve always trusted Tristan and eide diesel team so they came in and handled business got me all set up and ready to hit the road. So stay away front the dealers working on your pickups and let the guys at the diesel shop handle it
We were on a cross country trip when out 2024 Ford f550 flashed up a 'service immediately' light. I called Eide Fleet and Diesel and explained the problem. They told me that they would order the part that we needed and have it the next morning, and that we should bring our truck to the shop and they'd take a look--and fix the problem. They told us we could drop our camper in their driveway and camp there till the morning when they would get us in as soon as possible.
