We were on a cross country trip when out 2024 Ford f550 flashed up a 'service immediately' light. I called Eide Fleet and Diesel and explained the problem. They told me that they would order the part that we needed and have it the next morning, and that we should bring our truck to the shop and they'd take a look--and fix the problem. They told us we could drop our camper in their driveway and camp there till the morning when they would get us in as soon as possible. Gave me alternatives, about 2 weeks to get in
Very friendly, quick, and helpful
I wouldn't ever take my vehicle back to the eide diesel shop. I had an upper oil pan fixed on my newer Ford diesel. The next day the coolant was extremly low so I stopped by the shop again to have them top it off, but I later found out they just filled it with straight tap water and the coolant tank froze in the middle of winter. So I drained all the coolant myself and refilled it to my expense and time.
