Very accommodating
These guys are awesome and are pros that care. Was traveling from Great Falls Mt to Grand Forks ND and hit a large bird on my windshield. It was bad. These guys got me in my the time I told them I was going to be there. They replaced my windshield and I was on my way 90 minutes later. These guys showed a genuine concern. Very good crew. Thanks
If I could put zero stars I definitely would. The day after our recent hail storm that dropped golf to softball size hail on our vehicles I took our Explorer to the Eide body shop in Bismarck. They said that they would get it in right away and get the estimate done and to the insurance company since we had a hole in the roof from where the moonroof was shattered from the storm and it would take up to 3 weeks to get the glass from Ford. This body shop is not where I would take a brand new $80,000 Lincoln again... My car was damaged in transport and Eide Lincoln obviously had the repairs done at their body shop. The painted parts were not great. The mirror has specs of dirt in in and the front bumper valance is already peeling. They also damaged two interior trim pieces and REFUSE to make it right.
