EIDE BAILLY CHARGED ME $1,325.00 FOR A STANDARD TAX RETURN!!! I had been using Eide Bailly since I graduated college a few years ago. David Frank was always the guy I dealt with, and it was always expensive, and never impressive. I would have to pay about $600 if I recall for a standard tax return in the past. This company is handling our Cobra benefits. Our dept was closed down 12/31/09 and we have yet to receive our Cobra packets (3 mos later!!!!!) after numerous calls by each of our staff members. Each time we call we are told by the Eide staff that they will "personally" mail out our packets but nothing happens. One of our staff did finally get her premiums automatically deducted from her checking account (even though she had never received her packet or signed up for Cobra) but it was for over 8 times greater than what the pr... read more
