To sum it up, Dr. Eid cares. She is a great doctor, very thorough and her staff has always been helpful to me. Yes, there is almost always a waiting time for a scheduled appointment, but that's because she takes her time with patients and tries as much as possible to see patients that requires attention quickly. She's always been proactive with me and working with me to improve my health. She's really on top for me.
There needs to be online access to medical records and history including the doctor and nurse's summaries on visits, referrals and correspondence. I shouldn't have to print and pay to recall an important note on my health especially if I forget or prefer it in writing. Lastly, because the Dr. is a family doctor, she and the staff shouldn't treat a family as a whole. It's so obvious that these 5 stars reviews are all fake. Been a patient of hers for years now and always the same story. Waiting time are just atrocious. How can one think she can treat her patients like this is just beyond belief. I'm not one to require to see my doctor except with my yearly physical check-up where she can swipe my OHIP card and get paid for a 15 mins exam.
