I'm not one to typically write bad reviews especially for small business but when it gets to a point where it is ridiculous and extremely disappointing experiences with a business you liked and respected for them to treat their customers this terribly, I have to say something. This is the second or third time time Eichners's has screwed my whole fall fishing season and any plans I made to Fish or spend time preparing my boat for the next season.
