I'm not one to typically write bad reviews especially for small business but when it gets to a point where it is ridiculous and extremely disappointing experiences with a business you liked and respected for them to treat their customers this terribly, I have to say something. This is the second or third time time Eichners's has screwed my whole fall fishing season and any plans I made to Fish or spend time preparing my boat for the next season. Eichner’s is the best! I’ve never had such nice customer service, the owner came out to give us a rundown and he was really honest and genuine !! Highly recommend this place. Maria took such good care of us will be stopping by to say high every time we pass, that and get all the new toys thanks everyone!!
Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! They had the parts we needed for our trailer (and bonus shopping for shirts) that got us through the weekend!
Friendly staff, great selection of cool toys. Great parts department. I highly recommend them.
