Had a challenging 25-year old antique oven that no one could figure out, but Eichler tried a creative solution and was able to get it to work. Arrived on-time and ordered parts expeditiously.
Home Depot sent Mr. Eichler to repair our washing machine. He rescheduled the original date owing to his daughter's wedding. Then no follow up. If we hadn't taken the initiative to get in touch, we would have been forgotten. Hard to get in touch, and he's slow to respond. Finally we set an appointment. Not an ideal date, but as our warrant was about to run out and we'd be gone through the warranty expiration, we agreed. Then the day of the appointment, he was supposed to show up in the morning.
