I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today. I had booked an oil change appointment with Paul, driving 30 minutes from Vienna for a scheduled 3:00 PM slot. When I arrived, I was informed that the technicians go on break at 3:00 PM, and I would need to wait an additional 30 minutes. I drive an older vehicle (a Dodge) and after my warranty expired I started going to private garages. I regret it now - I have yet to find the same level of great customer service and competent workmanship that I have experienced at Eichenberg. They are professional and dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction. Good mechanics, knowledgeable parts guy and great Service department. The receptionist is always pleasant and helpful. All around - 5 stars
