My wife and I have now purchased our fourth truck from Ann Kemenar. Ann has been an absolute pleasure to deal with everytime. We only buy from here, I trust them completely. I had one concern years ago and Dave Moore personally took care of it, I have total respect for him an Ann and their honesty. This is my forever dealer. Totally love my new 2500 Cummins.
The general manager Dave Moore sold the truck to someone else even though I put a deposit down. I would not do business with this business. I showed proof of my deposit yet still refused to sell me the truck. The manager was rude and hung up on me. He even told me my deposit does not hold the truck. He accused me of not signing the bill of sale even though I did not receive it by email from the salesman Bob. They understand clients' issues and try their best to make them happy. I wish I could give them more than five stars. Specific thanks to Charlie for keeping me posted about the updates on my car status. It is worth considering that they NEVER tried to sell me the useless services many other dealerships force clients to take. Thanks to Don for the Highly recommend this dealership.
They did a very complicated job on my jeep wrangler. Works perfect now.
